The News Leader is a newspaper covering news and events in central and southeastern Fillmore County communities, including Harmony, Canton, Mabel, Preston, Lanesboro and Fountain. The News Leader is part of the Bluff Country Newspaper Group which serves much of southeastern Minnesota. Local coverage of sports, school news, church and community events are featured in each issue.
