Eagle Bluff Environmental Learning Center

Founded in 1978, Eagle Bluff is a private, non-profit residential environmental learning center providing accredited environmental education programs and outdoor adventures. Eagle Bluff ELC is dedicated to fostering environmental awareness, promoting respect and personal responsibility through hands on education. Our campus is open to the public and includes hiking, cross country ski trails and geocaching. During the summer we offer a high ropes challenge offering the best view of SE Minnesota!

Harmony Gardens & Floral

Inside our renovated barn is a floral and gift shop offering floral arrangements, gift and bereavement items, balloons and more. Our greenhouse is fully stocked in the spring, summer and fall for all of your seasonal planting needs! Stop at our wagon during the growing season to purchase fresh produce grown on site.

Harmony Spirits will delight customers with a very consistent, high quality spirts made from locally sourced grain. The product line will include; whiskey, vodka, rum and gin all made from locally sourced grain. All spirits will be 100% handcrafted and extremely smooth. We will follow a full circle "farm to bottle" model. The grains we use will be locally produced and the distillers' grains produced will be fed to locally raised cattle.
