Harmony offers entertainment for the whole family! Kids have a choice of three different playgrounds to enjoy. Selvig Park is located on Harmony’s Main Street and boasts new playground equipment installed in 2013. The Trailhead Park offers newer playground equipment, a picnic area, life-sizes ‘Hobo Camp’ statues and is right on the Harmony-Preston
Valley Trail. Our third playground is right next to the golf course. Parents can enjoy a round of golf at the 9-hole Harmony Golf Course while the kids play nearby!
For camping enthusiasts, there are many places to stay in the Harmony Area. Many campgrounds are close to the bike trail as well as the river! Enjoy tubing, kayaking or canoeing down the Upper Iowa River or the Root River.
Harmony offers a 9-hole disc golf open for all to enjoy! Located at the Harmony Trailhead, the disc golf course is free to play. If you didn’t bring your discs, the Harmony Visitor Center will loan you some!
Fancy a game of mini-golf? New in 2013, Niagara Cave offers an 18-hole mini-golf course. The gemstone and fossil mining is another popular Niagara Cave Activity.
If that’s not enough to do, visit Historic Forestville and see the interpretive village, or take the kids to the Preston Swimming Pool. Check out the Eagle Bluff Environmental Learning Center calendar of events, they offer a wide array of fun and educational classes throughout the summer!
The Harmony Lions Club Disc Golf Course is a fun place for all ages. The course offers 9 holes. Discs are available to buy at Harmony Foods or rent at Harmony Visitor Center.
Eagle Bluff ELC is dedicated to fostering environmental awareness, promoting respect and personal responsibility through hands on education. Our campus is open to the public and includes hiking, cross country ski trails and geocaching. During the summer we offer a high ropes challenge offering the best view of SE Minnesota!
The Eagle Bluff Skills School is offering classes to adults that will help them be more sustainable in their lives. Located on the beautiful Eagle Bluff Environmental Learning Center Campus, the Eagle Bluff Skills School is a great place to be!
Harmony Golf Club is located on the east edge of Harmony, MN. Our par 36, 9-hole course of 2,904 yards is challenging and fun for all. Clubhouse facilities and services include a pro shop, lounge and short order food services. Golf carts and pull carts available. We have banquet facilities for special events or meetings. You may wish to combine a meeting with a pleasant round of golf.

The Harmony-Preston Valley State Trail connects Harmony to the Root River Trail system with over 60 miles of recreational trail which allows biking, skiing, hiking or roller blading. The trail travels through lovely countryside and amongst the wildlife. The trail head starts right behind the Visitor Center passing through a variety of wooded areas and large panoramic views of rolling hills, spring-fed Camp Creek and pastoral farm sites. The trail head features a new park, picnic shelter, play ground, parking lot and Visitor Center.
