Save the Date for Ladies Day Out, March 10th

Join us in Harmony on Saturday, March 10th for Ladies Day Out! Shop a pop up shop of your favorite direct marketing goods in the back room of Estelle's Eatery, special coffee drinks from Julie's Village Java and more vendors at Julie's Village Square, a Mary Kay Open House at Koliha Insurance Office, enjoy a complimentary showing of Romy & Michelle's High School Reunion at the JEM at 1pm, and sign up for a painting party at The Old Legion Hall at 5pm. where you can enjoy a pizza buffet and adult beverages. Eagle Bluff Environmental Learning Center

Early Bird Admission: $35/person (last day – January 27th)
General Admission: $40/person *must pre-register* 5:00 p.m.

Don't miss internationally known polar explorer and Minnesota native, Ann Bancroft! Ann will be presenting at February's Dinner on the Bluff! She will share her inspiring stories, stunning images and actual footage of harrowing adventure and firsts. Following the presentation, there will be time for Q&A, a book signing and a Mardi Gras themed dinner. The three-course dinner will feature a seafood boil, muffuletta and lemon raspberry bread pudding.
**Have any unwanted gloves or mittens lying around? There will be a mitten drive at this month’s Dinner on the Bluff. All donations will go to Eagle Bluffs gear supply which helps properly dress students for the winter weather during their outdoor experiences.**

Laura Ingalls Wilder Museum & Park Annual Spaghetti Supper

The Laura Ingalls Wilder Museum & Park will be hosting their annual Spaghetti Super on Friday, February 9th from 5:30pm-7:30pm. This event will be located in the basement of the First Lutheran Church, located at 608 Broadway in Decorah, IA. Adults eat for $10, Kids eat for $5. Enjoy a live auction, homemade pie auction and meat raffle. All proceeds benefit the Laura Ingalls Wilder Museum & Park of Burr Oak, Iowa.

Maple Springs Campground

Beautiful Maple Springs Campground near Forestville State Park is now under new ownership. Longtime owners John & Doris Palmer have retired, and we thank them for their many years of operating one of the most beautiful camping sites in Fillmore County! New owner Andy Goemaat assumed ownership in November of 2017. Congratulations to Andy on his new venture! Tours of Harmony's Amish community may be booked by appointment during the winter months. Call 1-800-752-6474 to book your tour of Minnesota's largest Old Order Amish community. No Sunday tours.

News from Julie's Village Square Restaurant

Village Square is now offering ‘Julie's Village Java’ starting Jan 2nd. Drive up only, 6am-10am, M-F. Coffee drinks, cinnamon rolls and breakfast sandwiches. Call ahead for large orders 507-886-4406. Friday Night Pizzas are available, call to order between the hours of 4pm-7:30pm. Restaurant will resume regular hours on March 20th, 2017.
