Fall is a pretty great time to visit Harmony, and on Saturday, September 19th, we’re giving you even more reasons to make the trip! Fall for Harmony is happening from 10 a.m.–2 p.m., with shopping specials, pop-ups, an outdoor art fair, a brand-new business to welcome to town, and plenty of fall-inspired food and drinks to enjoy along the way.
Shop Your Way Through Harmony
If you love a good day of wandering from shop to shop, this one’s for you. Downtown businesses will be getting into the spirit of the day with sidewalk sales, in-store specials, giveaways, samples, games and more.
You’ll find everything from women’s clothing and vintage treasures to home décor, gifts, antiques and locally made goods. Several businesses will have special activities and promotions just for the day, making Fall for Harmony the perfect excuse to explore some favorite shops—and discover a few you may not have visited before.

Welcome Green Loop Refillery!
We’re especially excited to celebrate the Grand Opening of Green Loop Refillery, located at 351 1st Street NW, just around the corner from downtown!
The celebration begins with a Harmony Area Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting at 9:30 a.m., followed by the Grand Opening from 10 a.m.–5 p.m. Stop in to check out Harmony’s newest business, enjoy a free gift with every purchase, and enter for chances to win prizes.
We love welcoming new businesses to our community, so be sure to stop by and give Green Loop Refillery a great big Harmony welcome!
Art on the Green
Make time to visit the Harmony Arts Board’s Art on the Green Makers Market, happening on the lawn of the Harmony Visitor Center.
Local artists, crafters, bakers and makers will gather for a fall art fair filled with unique, handmade finds. It’s a wonderful opportunity to meet area makers, do a little early gift shopping and take home something you won’t find just anywhere. (And no worries if Mother Nature doesn’t cooperate—the market will move indoors in case of rain.)
While you’re there, stop inside the Visitor Center, where the ECFE & Harmony Public Library will host a little library play station and bookmark-making craft.

Come Hungry—Fall Flavors Are on the Menu
What’s a fall celebration without something delicious? Harmony’s restaurants and drinking establishments are joining the fun with seasonal specials throughout the day.
Look for caramel apple French toast, seasonal coffee drinks, butternut squash soup, apple cider hot toddies, fall cocktails, cheesecake, pizza, burgers and more. You’ll even find free samples of pizza & cheesecake at On The Crunchy Side!
And if you’re not ready for the day to end at 2 p.m., stick around! Local duo LaBarge will perform on Estelle’s patio from 5–8 p.m.
Make a Day of It
There’s even more happening around town, including a fun photo op, historic grain elevator tours, special offers on mini golf at Niagara Cave, Amish tours and other activities.
Fall for Harmony is Saturday, September 19th, from 10 a.m.–2 p.m. in Harmony, Minnesota. Grab a friend, come hungry, wear your favorite fall outfit and spend the day shopping, eating, exploring and celebrating everything our little corner of Southeast Minnesota has to offer.
