Cardinal of Minnesota primarily serves individuals with developmental disabilities and related conditions, individuals with mental health concerns, brain injury and elder care related condition in either a residential setting or through our In-Home services. We have homes located in Rochester, Winona, Austin, Spring Valley, Red Wing, Harmony, Chatfield and Bemidji.
