The Trail Head Park is the beginning of the Harmony-Preston Valley State Trail which connects Harmony to the Root River Trail system with over 60 miles of recreational trail which allows biking, skiing hiking or roller blading. The trail park features a playground, picnic shelter, parking lot, and a free disc golf course. Discs are available at the Harmony Visitor Center.
