Ann Dugstad, Founder and Principal Consultant of Extraordinary Workforce, has spent over 35 years helping organizations build engaged, high-performing teams through practical, people-centered HR strategies. A featured workshop speaker at the 2025 RYT Summit and other key events, Ann is an active Rochester Chamber of Commerce member and volunteer and serves on the Board of Ability Community Builders. Known for her enthusiasm and servant leadership, she brings both expertise and heart to every engagement. Ann lives in Zumbrota with her husband, John, is a proud grandmother of eight, and enjoys knitting, cheering on Minnesota sports—especially the Wild—and spending time outdoors.
